♛ The above muses are the ones I currently feel the most confident in and/or am currently voicetesting. You can also consult my muse list and request one of my other muses, although depending on the character I may be either slower or just not feeling it. ♛ post "calling" one of them out — you can do so by putting their name in the subject line! ♛ can be informal/formal/comment spam/whatever tickles your fancy! Some possible memes/AUs to exploit for prompts or general ideas are the Random Scenario Meme, Scenario Generator, Caught in the Rain Meme, Winter Wonderland Meme, Jamjar Meme, Shared Dreaming, Body Heat Meme, Train to the Afterlife, Pokemon AU, Harry Potter AU or Ultimate Talent Development Plan AU for Dangan Ronpa characters. ♛I'm open to most types of scenarios. The main exceptions are that I don't play smut (nsfw elements are still fine in threads with characters other than Steven), and I prefer to avoid threads that are at extremes of being dark/depressing/violent. ♛ feel free to make up a scenario at the start, or wait to see where things go.

Not too bad, just busy as usual. [Said with a slightly tired sounding sigh.] Between planning for Glamour's parties and working on my portfolio, hardly any time for myself. [Which is why she's really glad to not only have this day off, but she got to meet Donald.]
But when you said family...you mean your, er, kids, right?
[With everything that happened after she didn't really have much time to figure out if those two boys were his sons or something else. He doesn't seem like he's married, not if he's interested in her, but better to be safe and figure this out. So while she's asking this as casually as possible, she's definitely paying particular attention to how he answers.]
no subject
Busy times! [He chimes in agreement.] I'm glad you got some time to relax.
[Ah right, the kids. He didn't fully explain them to her did her...]
That's part of it! The kids are my nephews. Louie and Dewey were at the party, and they're Huey's too. They're my sister's, but I had to raise them while she was on the moon. [You know, as you do.]
no subject
yes she isEven so, a light smile begins to form before her brain finally registers what he just said at the end.]
Wait—the moon!?
[He. He means like some place named "the moon" or something, right?? Like some getaway resort or—but that doesn't make sense, either—???]
no subject
He nods, his smile fading as he thinks back.]
Yeah. [The word comes out on a sad sigh.] Long story short, she tested out a rocket when the kids were eggs and got lost in space. We just got her back a few months ago. [Not long before that whole little invasion happened!]
no subject
[Daisy frowns, her brows furrowing as she mutters to herself for a moment before she stops and suddenly grabs Donald's arms.]
Wait—you mean your sister is the Della Duck!?
no subject
He answers meekly with a smile.]
She's the only Della Duck I know!
no subject
[Kind of hard to miss all the crazy chaos that happens in Duckberg. ]
And you were taking care of her kids all this time... And by yourself? [The initial shock from this sudden revelation starts to fade as she starts to think more about his circumstances. Lost his sister, had to take care of her nephews, never knowing when or if he'd see her again— That really couldn't be easy for him.]
I'm glad everything is okay now, but... You must have really had a hard time, huh?
no subject
It wasn't easy! But it's rewarding. [He says, a warm smile returning to his face. The three can of them can cause him so many headaches and near heart attacks, but he doesn't love them any less.]
They're good kids. Most of the time! [Donald adds that last bit there as a joke.]
no subject
They were the ones who came up with that scheme at the party, right? With the green one as the ringleader I'm guessing.
no subject
He chuckles as he thinks back to that night.]
Yeah, that was two of them! The green one's Louie, and the blue one's Dewey. The planner and the daredevil. There's one more who wasn't there, Huey. He's the responsible one! Here, look!
[He holds up his phone and starts scrolling through some pictures of him and the boys, including some recent ones involving Della. None of them are perfectly posed family pictures, but their personalities shine in all of them.]
no subject
Aw, they look adorable! And quite the handful. [She can't help but chuckle a little at some of the other pictures.] They might look the same, but even here I can tell them apart. [Given her line of work assisting Glamour, needing to be able to read people and their intents, she could probably do at least that much, anyway.
She takes a moment to look over the feelings before glancing up at him and teases him a little.]
So what's the worst prank they've pulled on you?
no subject
Right on both counts! [He says with his own little chuckle.] You've got a good eye. [Just as she has a good ear. Her perceptiveness knows no bounds!
Nor does her capacity to tease. He shakes his head sheepishly.]
That's tough to pick. A-and embarrassing! [Don't embarrass him in front of Daisy, Daisy!]
no subject
Okay, then maybe a favorite story?
[This isn't her way in trying to learn more about him or anything, nnnoope.]
no subject
Okay! [At least that's more pleasant to think about. Now his smile grows more fond as he thinks back.]
One of them would be one time when, uh, I didn't get a job. I was feeling really down! They had caused so much trouble the day before. But then, they each came together and did something thoughtful for me. Louie sent me a phone call from a hotline for 'best uncle in the world'. Dewey gave me a pretend interview where he treated me like a celebrity, and Huey read me a bunch of statistics about all sorts of incredible things I could still do at my age! I felt like I was back on my feet in no time.
It was really sweet of them!
no subject
It really was sweet, and she's already smiling by the end of it.]
Did you get the job?
[Come to think of it, she had just assumed he was a musician of some kind because of they met, but she wonders if that's really all.]
no subject
But then, Daisy's already shown herself as someone who understands him like no one else.
He does look down at her question, somewhat ashamed.]
Uh... N-no. I didn't get that one. [Almost all of his job hunt stories have the same ending.]
no subject
Really? What were you applying for?
[He seems like a capable guy...]
no subject
Oh right! I was trying to be a waiter. The interview actually went well. But then, on my way out... I slipped.
no subject
Guess it's a good thing if they were going to be that strict about it.
no subject
...And knocked over every plate in the dining room trying to stop myself.
[Donald looks haunted.]
I never saw that much tomato sauce before...
no subject
[Alright. This is awkward.]
I'm sorry about that. But they weren't all that bad, were they...?
no subject
[He frowns and heaves a sigh.]
I'm sorry. The truth is I'm really unlucky, and a lot of my stories show that.
no subject
But when he tells her he's unlucky, she just frowns and straightens up a bit to look at him square in the eye.]
Well you can't be that unlucky. You've had a few rough spots...maybe a lot, but you have a supportive family including nephews who help make a scheme to give you your big break. [Even if it didn't quite work out in the end and she has a hunch that Louie was using his uncle for his own goal but there was probably some genuine interest in helping his uncle...probably. Let's just stick with the good points ahahaha. Plus...
Some might be shy to say what she's about to say next, but instead Daisy brims with confidence as she grins a little.]
And you met me. That has to count for something, right?
[All right, so it's also meant as a kind of joke, but she also means it. She thinks their chance encounter today was fairly lucky herself despite the circumstances that led up to it.]
no subject
outside of gagtagsand she can still point out all the brightness in his life. He glances gently back towards her, and he answers her last point with gusto.]Of course it does! [He said that more sincerely than he meant, and he quickly/shyly goes on.]
I- I mean, you're right. Thanks for pointing it out! I know that, no matter how many unlucky situations I end up in, I have a lot to be lucky for too. Mostly the people I know! Like my family, and - and now you, too.
[Now he bashfully looks past her, towards the water that gently ebbs and flows near them, and the ocean breeze blows at their feathers.]
no subject
That's right, so don't forget it, okay?
[And a little tap to the tip of his beak—duck version of a nose boop. But then her own gaze turns away slightly as she sighs a little.]
But I do know what you mean. Can't say my life has been filled with a lot of luck, either. [Not as bad as Donald's, clearly, but she feels like there's been more downs than ups. But she doesn't let that stop her and she knows Donald is the same.] But maybe I can help you out.
You said you can sail, right? Why not find work involving that?
