[ first day of schooool!!

there's only one free seat in class, and it's right next to a fellow bowlcut. this particular bowlcut seems to be napping, but throughout Lee's introduction to the class she'd been propping up a book and seemed to be eating a whole bento lunch very sneakily behind it, which is to say super obviously at all.

and now she's basically snoring away as sensei starts on a history lesson on glorious Honnoji island and its fascist takeover regime.

so, therefore, beach vacay. back at Kiyoshi Island, maybe, during a visit or some official business with Suki and the village, but they have some free time and Katara's going to reap as much as she can in the water. dressed in a sarong and a bandeau top, she plants a tatami parasol into the sand and beams out at the sunny beach. ] Whew.
